Green pepper
Green Pepper (also known as bell pepper or capsicum) is a crisp, mildly sweet vegetable commonly used in salads, stir-fries, and a variety of cooked dishes. It is rich in vitamins A and C, and adds both color and a fresh, slightly tangy flavor to meals. Green peppers are harvested before they ripen, which is why they have a firmer texture and a more bitter taste compared to their red or yellow counterparts.
